Just handled my check-list so that I don’t forget anything for our trip. I am quite excited to leave everything behind for a relaxing holiday. An excellent time to recharge our batteries and sparkle some new creativity. Exciting times are ahead with cool news when we are back. So enjoy your Summer time. Next sign of life will be from Cyprus with some pictures if the wireless access don’t suck :-)
Update: Arrived safely and the filght went really well. The hotel looks superb so far ;-) Time for the pool now :-p

With the holiday season in full swing what do you think the super rich do with their money. Some have a private jet but others love a more luxurious form of transport. They all arrived in Ibiza port with a cruise liner called “The World”. This boat consists of luxury apartments that cost somewhere between € 2.5 and € 8.6 Million and have up to 6 bathrooms and bedrooms.

Last year in December we talked about Digital Asset Management tools and none of all the tested apps were really perfect. The best one was Portfolio from Extensis but that tool is more suited for photographers or image file formats. It is not created to be an archive tool for DVD or CD’s that contain a wide range of different formats.

Director has always been a bit of a low profile kid of Macromedia and now with Adobe buying Macromedia its future isn’t secure. Some even think that Director (the product that shaped Macromedia) is a possible candidate to get axed. But here at Duoh! we still are using it. And why not, it is the best tool for producing media rich CD-ROMS.

Ladies and gentlemen of the class of ‘97:
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now.
